Returns And Refunds

We want you to be confident when purchasing from Vintage Páve Cycles. Please read the information below before requesting a return.

14-Day Returns

If you change your mind about an online purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please contact Vintage Pave Cycles before returning an item so we can provide the appropriate return information.

If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer want it, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Return Condition

Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all included parts and accessories.

New products should be returned unused and, where applicable, with their original packaging, labels and accessories.

Used products should not have been further used, modified or damaged after delivery.

Please package returned items carefully. We cannot accept responsibility for damage caused by inadequate return packaging.

Used & Vintage Products

Many of the bikes and components sold by Vintage Pave Cycles are pre-owned, so signs of previous use should be expected.

We aim to clearly photograph and describe the condition of our used products, including significant marks or defects that we're aware of.

Please review the product description and photographs carefully before purchasing, particularly when buying used, vintage or rare items.

Normal signs of previous use that were visible or described when purchasing are not considered faults.

Bikes & Large Items

Please contact us before returning a complete bike, frameset, wheelset or other large item.

These products require appropriate packaging and may have higher return shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for securely packaging a change-of-mind return and arranging its return unless otherwise agreed.

Incorrect, Damaged or Faulty Orders

If you believe your order has arrived damaged, faulty or significantly different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible.

Send us your order details, a description of the problem and clear photographs so we can assess the issue and advise you on the next step.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods are not affected by this policy.

Compatibility & Sizing

Please check bike sizing, component dimensions and compatibility before ordering.

If you're unsure whether a bike or component is suitable, contact us before purchasing and we'll help where we can.

If the correct product was supplied but it isn't suitable for your bike or you ordered the wrong size, this will normally be treated as a change-of-mind return, with the buyer responsible for return costs.

Special Orders & Custom Builds

Some products may be specially ordered, sourced or configured specifically for a customer.

Customised or personalised products may have different cancellation and return rights where permitted by UK consumer law. Any applicable conditions will be explained before the order is confirmed.

For standard products specially sourced but not personalised, your statutory cancellation rights still apply where required by law.

Refunds

Once a returned item has been received, it will be inspected before the refund is processed.

Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.

If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it and this has reduced its value, any deduction will only be made where permitted under applicable consumer law.

Before Returning Anything

Please contact Vintage Pave Cycles before sending your return so we know to expect it and can provide the correct return instructions.
